The more I read your feedback through social media comments, emails, etc. the more I see and feel how truly alike we are. I see so much of myself, and my journey, in so many of the people who are drawn to my message. I want you to know that I see you, I love you, and that your life matters. ❤️

In this weeks video I share the number one thing that helped save my life. I speak to those of you who can relate to being an empath, who relate to feeling other people’s feelings, and relate to being connected to the other side as well as this one, which sometimes leaves us feeling a little bit lost. I also share a four step exercise that helps you recognize energy, and to recharge your batteries.

I then go on to answer viewer’s questions, such as:

Now that I truly love myself, is it normal to have no interest in meeting new people?
How can we communicate with kindness, and release confrontational communication?
Do you meditate daily?
How can I get rid of guilt?
How can I explain myself to others who don’t understand what it is to be an empath?
