As I sit here back home in California, my heart is overflowing with gratitude and joy from the incredible journey I’ve just returned from. Over the past few weeks, I’ve been on an amazing adventure across Europe, meeting so many of you, sharing stories, and diving deep into the mysteries of life, death and unconditional love.
Each of the four venues brought with them a unique yet magical atmosphere. The venue in Manchester was bathed in otherworldly purple lighting, which was mystical and felt like we were stepping into another realm. The Basel event was expansive, with dynamic lighting, sounds, and multiple screens; while the London event was in a building with a pyramid shaped dome, with a skylight. Yet as I stepped onto the stage in each of the four cities, the first thing I would sense, even before the bright lights shone into my eyes, was the amazing glow, warmth and love that emanated from each person in the auditorium.
To each and every one of you who attended the events, shared your stories, or simply sent your loving energy from afar, thank you. Your courage, vulnerability, and openness to growth have inspired me deeply. I feel so honored to have shared this journey with you, and each day, I continue to be humbled by the ways my story has resonated with so many of you.
During my travels, I was reminded of one simple but transformative truth: love transcends all boundaries. Whether I was in a cozy café in Basel, or at the airport in Zurich, or in busy downtown London, the language of the heart spoke louder than any cultural or linguistic differences. I met people from all walks of life who reminded me that at our core, we are all searching for the same thing: connection, meaning, and the courage to live authentically.
Back in 2006, one of the most powerful lessons I learned from my near death experience is that we are all connected, whether we realize it or not. We affect each other, and our very presence impacts those around us. We owe it to ourselves to love ourselves, and allow our pure authenticity to shine through, as this is the best way to uplift ourselves as well as those around us.
This lesson deepened for me as I moved through the different cities, realizing that being present with each person I encountered was the most valuable gift I could offer—and receive. So I want to encourage you to give yourself permission to simply love yourself, be present, be authentic, and most importantly, be gentle with yourself. Your own self love is the best way to share your light with the world.
As I reflect on this journey, I want to remind you that you are not alone. Regardless of where you are, we are all connected, weaving together a tapestry of love and light. You have touched my life in ways I will carry with me forever, and I hope that in some small way, I have touched yours too.
Thank you for being part of this magical adventure. I look forward to meeting more of you in the future and continuing to walk this path together.
Much love,
Anita
