As Thanksgiving approaches, I want to take a moment to connect with you about a topic close to my heart—gratitude.
Gratitude has a way of shifting our energy, no matter where we are or what we’re going through. It’s not about ignoring our challenges or forcing ourselves to feel positive—it’s about acknowledging the gifts that already exist in our lives, even when times are tough.
During my near-death experience, I was overwhelmed by the profound love and beauty that surrounded me, and I realized something so simple yet powerful: we are all love at our core. Gratitude is a direct way to tap into that love, a way of remembering who we truly are.
This Thanksgiving week, I invite you to take a moment to pause. Breathe deeply and reflect on the ways life has supported you, nurtured you, or even challenged you to grow. Perhaps you feel grateful for:
A loved one’s presence, kindness, or unwavering support.
The lessons hidden in life's most difficult moments.
The beauty of a sunset, a kind smile, or a favorite meal.
Gratitude doesn't have to be grand or complicated—it can simply be a quiet "thank you" whispered to the universe, to your body, or even to yourself.
As I reflect on my own gratitude, I want to say thank you—to you. Thank you for being part of this beautiful community, for sharing your journey with me, and for reminding me daily that we are all deeply interconnected.
No matter where this email finds you—whether surrounded by loved ones or holding space for yourself—I want you to know you are loved, you are enough, and you are a gift to this world.
Wishing you a Thanksgiving filled with love, warmth, and a heart full of gratitude.
Much love,
Anita
