You are unique. Sure, you might have some characteristics that are shared with others (especially identical twins!) but I wanted to remind you that you are indeed unique. You’re not a carbon copy of anyone, and you’re not ‘just like everyone else.’ Why do I know this? Because your cells are yours in a certain configuration, with your history of events, and thoughts and feelings. And, your soul chose your biology to experience life through. So, when you celebrate your uniqueness you are living authentically. And when you live authentically, you raise your vibration accordingly! And there’s more: when your choices bring you higher vibrations you strengthen the connection between you and source, which is full of other unique beings!
In this new year, I invite you to celebrate your authenticity and at the same time feel your connectedness to the whole. In my previous work, I referred to this as the finger and hand analogy. Each one of us is an individual finger on the hand of the universe. While I have my life to live and can do what I want, I am at the same time connected to the main body of the hand that gives me life. I respect the other fingers of this universal hand as if they were me. One movement from me can ripple through the palm, and affect movement of others. So when I make choices that celebrate my uniqueness, my high vibe authenticity feeds back the whole hand, and radiates to all of the extended fingers. I love my uniqueness, and I love the spiritual connectedness of every other finger on our cosmic hand.
