I’m currently in Basel, Switzerland, preparing for my weekend workshop here. It’s such a beautiful little city, and this morning, I was sitting on the balcony of my room in the sweet little hotel I’m staying in, writing in my gratitude journal. I like keeping a gratitude journal, because it keeps me focused on the good things in life. It’s so easy to forget all that is good in the world and in our lives, when we are caught up in the day-to-day events that can stress us out. Keeping a gratitude journal keeps me living in a state of heaven, in this fear-based paradigm we live in!

One of the first things I wrote in my journal this morning was how grateful I am to Wayne Dyer for discovering my story all those years ago, and for tracking me down and encouraging me to write a book, which he then told Hay House to publish! It was his birthday yesterday, and he would have been 78 years old. Thank you, Wayne, and Happy Birthday!

When I was in the coma as a result of the end-stages of lymphoma, and my soul was in the other realm, I realized that what we judge as “good” or “bad” all exist at the same time. In other words, “heaven” and “hell” exist simultaneously in this world. There isn’t more “bad” in this world than “good”, even though it may seem like that sometimes. Much like a coin that can either land on its head or its tail. There isn’t more head than tail, or vice versa. Both exist simultaneously, and it just depends which side the coin has landed face-up in any particular moment. For example, when I was struggling with the cancer, particularly as I was reaching the end-stages, I felt like I was living a hellish existence. But today, I wouldn’t trade what I learned through that experience for anything. I now understand what it’s like to fear death and to fear life. I also understand how important it is to love and value ourselves, and I love sharing what I learned. I feel it’s my calling, and what brought me back from the brink of death.

There is so much more I have to say on this topic, so I’d like to invite you to listen to my interview at the Hay House World Summit, where I speak on exactly this topic – creating a life of “heaven” in our fear based paradigm! This is a topic that is close to my heart, so please check it out here.

The Hay House World Summit offers over a hundred interviews from loads of great teachers and is only available for the next 9 days, so please dive into them soon!

Below, I’m also linking a Facebook live video below that I did for Hay House a few days ago, where I speak more about this topic of living heaven on earth.

Much Love,

Will you be joining me for my one day workshop in Bristol on 2nd June? My amazing publishers in the UK are organizing a little soiree after the event, for 10 people to join me for an intimate evening, courtesy of Hay House UK! They will be drawing 10 names randomly out of a hat on May 24th, so as long as you’ve purchased your ticket before then, your name will be included in the draw.
