One thing I often feel called to speak about is the best way to live life while facing fear. You may feel fear about any number of things, including the state of the world, and health challenges. In this week’s video I share what I’ve learned about how to transform fear into love.

I go on to answer viewer’s questions such as:

*What if our illness is caused by something we did to ourselves?
*What if I’m worried about another person’s health?
*How do I stop focusing on physical pain?
*How do I heal anxiety and fear of being judged?
